I am not sure which is the best treatment for me. Can you help?
Of course, just contact Spa Reception and we will be pleased to help you choose the ideal treatment programme for you.
What if I have specific health concerns?
It is important that you tell us about any particular health conditions (such as high blood pressure, allergies, injuries or disabilities) and concerns when you book. If you experience any discomfort during treatment, please let your therapist know straight away.
Are spa treatments suitable during pregnancy?
Although there are a few specific treatments that are not recommended during pregnancy, there are many that are not only enjoyable, but can also help you relax and relieve some of the symptoms of pregnancy. Please tell us you are pregnant when you book so that we can guide you in your choice of treatments.
Is there anywhere to leave my valuables?
Whilst lockers are available at the spa for your personal belongings, we recommend that you leave jewellery and valuables at home, or in the safety deposit box of your guest room.
What if I feel uncomfortable?
We want you to enjoy your time at Spa La Manga Club to the full. If there is anything we can do to increase your comfort (whether it is adjusting the volume of the music, the massage pressure, the temperature or anything else) please let us know. We would ask that mobile phones and pagers be turned off in the spa.
Should I shave before my treatment?
For maximum benefit, we suggest that men shave two hours or more before having a facial treatment, although it is not essential. Shaving is not recommended less than two hours before a facial or prior to any body treatments or hair removal services.
Should I leave a tip?
If you were pleased with the services you received, please feel free to leave a gratuity which will be distributed to the spa staff who served you during your visit.
Do you sell Gift Certificates?
Absolutely. You may purchase Spa Gift Certificates to a specific value or for particular services. Spa La Manga Club Gift Certificates can be used towards services or purchases in our Spa Boutique.
